Beef fried rice (Indian Version)
|Basmathi Rice||1 Cup|
|Ground Beef||1 Cup|
|Chilly Powder||1 Cup|
|Garam masala Powder||1 tsp|
|Ginger and Garlic Paste||2 tsp|
|Garlic Chopped||4-5 Cloves|
Method of cooking
- Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add large onion chopped add ginger garlic paste fry till the raw aroma of the ginger-garlic disappears.
- pour the Ground beef. after 10-15 mins add garam masala powder and 1tsp Chilly powder. Stir and continue to saute till the oil starts leaving the sides of the pan. After the whole sauting takes about 12-13 minutes on a low flame.
- In a large pan add oil and chopped garlic and cabbage stir it for few mins. after a minute, add the rice and ground / minced beef. once the rice has become hot. turn off the stove stir very well add green onion and coriander leaves for garnishing.
