Fish Curry – South Indian Style
|Cooking Oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Fenugreek Seeds||1 Tablespoon|
Method of Cooking
- Heat the oil in a wide heavy bottomed pan and add Mustard, Cumin, Fenugreek, Curry leaves, Crushed garlic when they stop spluttering, and the onion and fry till light brown.
- Add the tomato when they cooked add Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, tamarind pulp to this masala and stir to mix well
- Coconut, 1/2 onion, 1 tomato into a smooth paste
The gravy to boil for 5 minutes, add the required amount of water, salt and grinding spices. Put the fish and boil for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes and put on medium fire. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a small pan add dried Chilli, Pepper powder, Cumin powder, along with gravy on it. Garnish with chopped Coriander.
