|Turmeric Powder||1/2 Tablespoon|
|Red Chilly Powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon Juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Oil for Frying||6-7 Tablespoon|
Method of cooking
Clean the fish with cold water along with little bit and turmeric powder. Take all the spice powder along with salt and lime juice form a thick paste. Apply on the fish and leave it in refrigerator one hour for spices to blend. After the one hour take the fish out and bring it to room temperature and then heat pan with oil and place the fish and covert it let it cook very low heat for 4 min. Flip it to the other side gently it will be tender take care not to break. let it cook for another 4 to 5 mins. Roast till all the moisture evaporate ad it turns slightly golden brown. Do not keep flipping sides of the fish while its cooking. Garnish and Coriander leaves.
